The value of the Swedish
horticultural production has decreased between 2007 and 2008

production value was 3.3 billion SEK in 2008. Between 2007 and 2008 the production
value has decreased with 4 % (121.1 million SEK). The
production value for horticultural open-ground cultivation was 1.7 billion SEK
in 2008. The value has increased with 2 % (25.6 million SEK) between 2007
and 2008. The production value has decreased for field vegetables and berries
with 233.9 million SEK and increased with 259.5 million SEK for fruits and
nursery plants. The value
of the greenhouse production was 1.6 billion SEK in 2008. The value has decreased
with 8 % (146.7 million SEK) between 2007 and 2008. Bedding plants stood
