Summary
Decreased slaughterings of cattle during 2008Slaughterings
of cattle decreased with 5.1 % during January-December 2008 compared to the
same period in 2007 and slaughterings of pigs increased with 0.7 % during
the same period. The quantity of
milk delevered to dairies decreased with 1.2 % and production of drinking milk
with 1.2 % compared with the previous year. Production of milk powder increased
with 10.2 % and production of cheese with 5.0 % during the same period. List of tables
