Support when you work in a Project

Do you have an idea for the benefit of many people in the countryside?
Perhaps you wish to venture into tourism or to cooperate in a better way in a village? If you work together with others your idea will be a project.
Then you may apply for project support. What you do in the project must benefit many people.
 

What can you receive support for?


Here are some examples of what the projects may deal with:
  • Make it easier for enterprises to improve.
  • Improve the native district by working within for example tourism, services, roads, nature, culture and making sure to create new jobs.
  • Make new products or develop new techniques.
  • Arrange courses.

This is the Amount of Money you can receive


In every County there is a plan.

In the plan it is specified the most important activities to invest money in within the County where you live and that you may receive money for.

In the plan the County Administrative Board may specify a limit as to how much money you can receive. The plan is called an implementing strategy.
 
In most cases you may receive between 20 and 100 percent of the costs eligible for support.

You may not receive support for costs you have had before the application of enterprise support has been received.
 

This is how you apply for Project Support


First you send the form Application for Project Support. When you send in the form you must also send in a plan specifying what you want to do in the project.

If you receive support you will receive a decision.

When you have paid the costs for your project you must apply for money to cover the costs. You do this in the form Application for payment of Project Support. You may apply for support several times.

When the project is finalized you must write a report about the project.

When you apply for money the last time you must also send the report.
