Entrepreneur with a Foreign Background

The Agency ran a program called Entrepreneurs with a Foreign Background between 2008 and 2010. They have gathered a great deal of experience from the work done during those three years.

Counseling in different languages
Almi företagspartner offers IFS-counseling. This means that they give advice and support to entrepreneurs with a foreign background. IFS´s counselors can inform you in your own language.

Multi-Culture as a Business idea
LRF, the Federation of Swedish Farmers, hopes that more new-Swedes shall see the opportunities of work and entrepreneurship in the green sector. Therefore, LRF runs the project Multi-Culture as a Business Area. You will find more information on LRF´s website.

Networks and Good Examples
There are several different networks where you can get tips and exchange experiences with other new-Swedes and non-natives who run businesses, or with other people who work with diversity as an opportunity. Some examples are Network for Entrepreneurs, Settler of the Year and Blatteförmedlingen.
