Plant Varieties Gazette
The Plant Varieties Gazette is for you if you produce varieties and trade in seeds. Here you will find information about plant breeders' rights and about lists of varieties. For instance, you can see who has the plant breeders' right for certain varieties, and when new varieties are entered into or removed from the list of varieties, you can learn about it here.
We issue approximately six gazettes a year.
Number 2 is published in March and contains the Swedish plant variety list.
Number 4 is published in September and contains the list of current plant breeders' rights.
