Adding a variety to the Swedish list
You may only sell seeds and other propagating material if the variety is included in the Swedish or the EU list of varieties.
If you want to add a variety to the Swedish list of varieties, please use the form in the right-hand column.
Obtaining plant breeders' rights
If you have produced a new variety, or represent someone who has, you can obtain plant breeder's rights to that variety.
Please use the form in the right-hand column to apply for Swedish plant breeders' rights.
You can also apply for plant breeders' rights in the entire EU. For more information, please consult the EU plant authority.
