Agricultural Registers Division

Responsible for animal identification and the registers on production locations, movements, slaughter, laying hens, transporters and agricultural entrepreneurs.
 

CDB Division

Responsible for the central database on bovine animals, as well as the national dog register. Also handles the submission of data into the veterinarian database on animal diseases. 
 

Inspection and Control Division

Coordinates the inspections of the County Administrative Boards for several forms of agricultural support. Also carries out its own inspections of market regulations and the management of agricultural support. 
 

Accounts Control Division

Audits contributions from the EU agricultural fund to enterprises and organisations. Also handles inspection of export refund goods and coordinates the inspections of the Board of Customs on behalf of the Board of Agriculture. Also responsible for coordinating the reporting to the EU in case of irregularities in the payment of support.
 

Inspection Division

Responsible for the Board´s control activities, except as regards EU support. This includes inspections of import and production in order to prevent the spread of severe plant pests, quality control of fruit and vegetables, feed control, inspection of the recycling system for plastic bottles and metal cans, as well as meat classification.
