Our Customer Service answers general questions. It is manned by administrative officers with experience from different activities within the Board's area of responsibility.

When you call, you can press 1 to 4 for certain specific subjects:

1. Questions about importing or exporting animals
2. Questions about animal identification and our registers
3. Questions about support
4. Questions about animal welfare.
